Welcome to www.epoxyschooloftampa.com. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website.

  1. General

    • These terms and conditions apply to all users of the website and attendees of our epoxy classes.

    • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

  2. Epoxy Classes

    • Registration for epoxy classes requires payment of a deposit to secure your spot.

    • All epoxy classes are non-refundable, regardless of dissatisfaction or personal preferences.

    • Deposits may be transferred to another class date up to two (2) times, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class.

    • Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  3. Residential and Commercial Services

    • The Epoxy School of Tampa offers residential and commercial epoxy services performed by recently graduated epoxy students.

    • While these services provide an opportunity for our students to gain practical experience, there is an inherent risk involved with hiring student installers.

    • Whenever possible, a professional installer will supervise the project to ensure quality and safety.

    • All services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or satisfaction.

    • A deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to book our services. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your project on our schedule.

  4. Website Use

    • All content, materials, and resources on www.epoxyschooloftampa.com are for informational purposes only.

    • Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

  5. Liability

    • The Epoxy School of Tampa is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website, participation in our classes, or hiring our services.

    • Participants and clients are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to all safety guidelines provided during classes and services.

  6. Privacy Policy

    • Personal information provided during registration is used solely for administrative purposes and is not shared with third parties.

Return Policy

  1. Class Deposits and Payments

    • Deposits paid to reserve a spot in an epoxy class are non-refundable.

    • Deposits may be transferred to a new class date up to two (2) times, provided a transfer request is made at least 48 hours in advance.

  2. Cancellations

    • If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your class.

    • Rescheduling is allowed up to two (2) times. After the second transfer, the deposit will be forfeited if the class is not attended.

  3. No Refund Policy

    • Once the class has been attended, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether you were satisfied with the class.

  4. Residential and Commercial Services Deposits

    • A deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to book residential or commercial epoxy services.

    • This deposit is non-refundable, and all services are provided as-is with no refunds, regardless of satisfaction.

  5. Merchandise Returns (if applicable)

    • If we offer merchandise for sale, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in unused, original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
