Welcome to www.epoxyschooloftampa.com. By accessing this website, registering for a class, purchasing services, or otherwise engaging with Epoxy School of Tampa, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all website visitors, students, customers, and clients of Epoxy School of Tampa. Epoxy School of Tampa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting to this website.

Class Registration and Enrollment

Enrollment in any Epoxy School of Tampa class requires payment of a deposit or full tuition payment. Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed. Class sizes are limited and seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Minimum Enrollment Requirement

Epoxy School of Tampa reserves the right to reschedule, combine, postpone, or cancel any class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, facility requirements, weather conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. A minimum of four (4) registered students is required for a class to proceed as scheduled. If fewer than four (4) students are registered, Epoxy School of Tampa may reschedule the class to a future date at its sole discretion. If a class is rescheduled by Epoxy School of Tampa, students will be offered a transfer to a future class date. No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued as a result of a class being rescheduled, postponed, or canceled by Epoxy School of Tampa. Students are solely responsible for any travel expenses, lodging costs, transportation costs, lost wages, or other expenses related to class attendance. Epoxy School of Tampa shall not be responsible for reimbursing any such expenses.

Non-Refundable Class Payments

All class payments are final. All deposits, tuition payments, balances paid in person, and any other fees associated with training classes are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: Schedule conflicts Travel issues Illness or personal emergencies Failure to attend Early departure from class Dissatisfaction with the course Failure to complete the training By registering for a class, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, chargebacks, partial refunds, or reimbursement requests will be honored for any class-related payment.

Rescheduling Policy

Students may transfer their class registration to a future class date up to two (2) times, provided written notice is received at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled class start time. After two transfers, all payments made toward the class are forfeited if the student does not attend. Requests received less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled class, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

No-Show Policy

Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior approval are considered no-shows. No-shows forfeit all deposits and payments and are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By registering for a class or purchasing services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any payment made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any chargeback or payment dispute determined to be inconsistent with these Terms may result in collection efforts. The customer agrees to be responsible for all reasonable collection costs, attorney's fees, court costs, and related expenses incurred in recovering funds.

Residential and Commercial Services

Epoxy School of Tampa may offer residential and commercial epoxy installation services. Some projects may be performed by recently graduated students as part of their continued hands-on training and experience. Professional supervision may be provided when available. By hiring Epoxy School of Tampa, clients acknowledge and accept the nature of this training-based environment.

Service Deposits

A deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost is required to reserve installation services. All service deposits are non-refundable once scheduling, project planning, material ordering, preparation, or mobilization has begun.

Workmanship Concerns

Any concerns regarding workmanship must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of project completion so that an inspection may be conducted. Epoxy School of Tampa reserves the sole right to determine whether corrective action is appropriate.

Website Use

All content, images, videos, training materials, graphics, logos, text, and other materials contained on this website are the property of Epoxy School of Tampa and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used without prior written permission.

Safety and Assumption of Risk

Participation in epoxy training classes involves the use of tools, equipment, chemicals, and materials that may present inherent risks. Students voluntarily participate at their own risk and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in removal from class without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epoxy School of Tampa, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: Use of this website Participation in classes Purchase of services Use of information provided during training Installation projects performed by students or graduates In no event shall the total liability of Epoxy School of Tampa exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific class or service giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

Information submitted through registrations, inquiries, purchases, or contact forms will be used for business and administrative purposes only. Epoxy School of Tampa does not sell customer information to third parties.
